The Judiciary, designed to be the "least dangerous branch", has transformed our society over the past several decades. As activist judges have used the power of the bench to diminish the sovereignty of the states and override the will of the people, the very culture that made America great has been eroded.
Americans must increase their awareness of the proper role of the judiciary in our Constitutional framework and hold elected judges and elected officials who appoint judges accountable.
